Abstract
The purpose of this document is to understand the complexity
of globalization and the change of political ideologies
in Latin America and the Caribbean; techno-globalization
is identified from higher education; generating a
search of the literature, which allows to know the theories
that support globalization, the importance of the faculties
and schools of accounting and administration, for
the development of innovation, in the political space and
its subregional treaties, which allow the creation of impact
agendas from university management in the regional
context, adapting to the new educational contexts.
