Abstract
This paper provides empiric evidence about the business cycles in Mexico and their effects on the agricultural sector during the period of 1960 to 2015, we will try to establish its intensity and duration of the cycle of agricultural sector and manufacturing industry sector. We will analize if this relation contains information that allows an synchronization in the long run between the fluctuations of national economy and the agricultural sector. At the same time, if there exist evidence that suggest an existence or some similarities of the behavior of agricultural sector with the manufacturing industrial sector.
