Abstract
This photographic series is part of an artistic intervention in school settings carried out in a kindergarten located in the northwest, among the working-class neighborhoods bordering the Sierra de Juárez (Ciudad Juárez, Chih.). The project aimed to foster, through muralism as a community art practice, social engagement, connection, and transformation between the school and the community. Arts-Based Educational Research was employed, with an emphasis on two techniques: photovoice and psychogeographic walks.
