Abstract
Mobility is the act of moving and moving implies movement, this is how confusing and accurate the RAE defines the concept. While it is well known that mobility implies an event, an action, a displacement, from the urban perspective mobility is even a philosophy, a goal and an almost unattainable development objective. It is a standard of measurement of the economic and productive success or failure of a city, but even more importantly, a model of the quality of life of the inhabitants with [fascinatingly] effects on the environment.
