Abstract
This essay reviews the passage from sociology into psychoanalysis carried out by Françoise Davoine throughout her life, largely accompanied by Jean-Max Gaudillière. Said journey was marked by multiple encounters with characters from several disciplines, as well as with those whose traumatic experiences testified to a real investigation into the silences of history.
