Abstract
An analysis is carried out with a bioethical perspective of some of the fundamental problems in relation to information and communication technologies (ICT), their impact on the child and adolescent population, as well as their impact in relation to human rights, mental health, physical health and access to education. The objective of this work is to make visible the problems that emerged from the use of ICT in the child and adolescent population during the pandemic.
