Abstract

The right to culture is a fundamental human right that guarantees equal conditions to access and enjoy art, knowledge, cultural goods and services, creativity, identity, historical memory and cultural heritage, which contributes to the individual and collective progress. To guarantee this right, spaces that integrate the greatest possible number of people into their community and to guarantee it in Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico are necessary. Thereby, a new Contemporary Cultural Center is pertinent, designed with innovative technologies and recreational spaces that promote social integration.
