Abstract

This book has been authored by Esteban Torres and edited by the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO), based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 2023. The central theme is social change viewed from the theoretical disciplines of sociology, history, and politics. It includes a preliminary analytical framework that provides a very comprehensive overview of the volume. Additionally, it consists of several chapters where the most prominent concept is that of constellations.

It is defined as a circle of successive events with a temporality related or relatable to the succession of historical events, social facts that have significantly impacted human development, the general perceptions of the population, and the conception of the evolution of being (ens)
