Resumen
Este ensayo analiza la transición del partido Movimiento de Regeneración Nacional (MORENA) de un movimiento político con vocación transformadora a una organización institucionalizada orientada a la maximización electoral. A partir de enfoques teóricos sobre institucionalización partidista, populismo y representación política, se examina la tensión entre su narrativa humanista de izquierda y la incorporación progresiva de élites políticas vinculadas al orden neoliberal. Se sostiene que este proceso ha derivado en una reconfiguración del bloque político, así como en una fractura simbólica entre la dirigencia partidista y sus bases sociales originarias.
