Abstract

In this article we briefly explain the natural elements such as solar radiation, winds, the climate of the place, temperature, humidity, vegetation and building materials, which can be used in our favor when we want to build or improve a building. It is important to consider the i n f o rmation that exists about the b i o c l i m a t i c architecture, in order to extract some passive bioclimatic strategies and apply them in a real house built in the city of Santiago de Querétaro, and analyze it in four different cardinal orientations: north, east, south and west. By modifying the initial project, it is expected to improve the interior temperature of the real estate to provide users with thermal comfort inside the home, through passive bioclimatic strategies and thus achieve energy savings in the short, medium and long term by avoiding heating the property in winter or cooling it in summer.
