Abstract
One of the great difficulties when studying organic chemistry are the different ways of representing the same molecule, at least it can be said that there are 10 forms of molecular representation. But why are there so many ways? What problems does it lead to teaching practice? The complexity of organic molecules as well as their reactions makes it necessary to have a variety of forms of representation to better understand the issues. The range of representations are part of the didactics of organic chemistry, the purpose of this article is to show the range of representations using common molecules in didactic practice and indicative of the different forms of semiotic representation
