Abstract
This document takes up the concept of educational habitability in the school (HHE), created by Dr. Hernández Vázquez [1], for the development of a methodology that accesses the measurement of indicators inscribed in the physical comfort dimensions in the classroom and the educational space, which are the ones that allow an evaluation of the CAPFCE classrooms implemented since 74 years ago in Mexico, and thus allows us to analyze the critical points to propose a modification of said model in order to obtain a correct appropriation of the teaching-space-learning.
