HArtes authorizes, encourages and invites authors to deposit their work once it has been published and not before, to ensure that during the editing and publication process it can be considered as an unpublished text, as well as to preserve the anonymity required for the double-blind peer review process.

Published contributions can be deposited in the personal websites of the authors, as well as in institutional repositories and national and international academic networks, always under the same open access license of the journal. Likewise, the complete source (name of the journal, number, volume and date of publication) must be provided and the URL of the publication on the HArtes website must be correctly added, as well as the assigned DOI (Digital Object Identifier).
