Abstract

Poultry feeding is a determinant of the quality and production of eggs. The feed has focused on lows costs and better-supplying
nutrients. Flours microalgae and black soldier fly due to their nutritional content can meet the requirements of laying hens. The objective was to carry out a bibliographical study on the use of both flours to supplement the diet of hens to produce eggs. In the
review of techno-scientific bases on new ingredients for poultry feeding, the technology level of flours was obtained that justifies the development of new food for laying hens.
