Abstract

One of the main challenges of the educational systems in our country is to raise the educational quality, implementing actions
that allow accompaniment to Higher Education students. The objective of the research was to design a model of the Integral
Information System for the Institutional Tutoring Program of the Autonomous University of Querétaro. This research implemented a mixed methodology, analyzed institutional indicators of the Institutional Mentoring Program. The results obtained show that it is important to implement diagnostic and training actions in various areas, in order to provide the necessary tools for the accompaniment and monitoring of the student-tutors, teacher-tutors, and peer tutors
