Abstract
Considering that the livelihood and transverse axis in communication
is the comprehensive communication theory, this article tries to measure how intrapreneurs are the students when they work in their social
service at companies. Based on this, the specific objectives will be: 1)
Analyze the competences the students show while they are working
in their social service. 2) Evaluate variables that can affect the intrapreneur behavior such as discharge profile and kind of university.
Methodology is based on a descriptive and quantitative model with
a sample of 96 companies in Mexico City. The performance of students were evaluated by a questionnaire that measured: motivation
to succeed (20 questions), risk taking (19 questions), innovation (19
questions), autonomy (21 questions), internal control (12 questions),
external control (17 questions), self-efficacy (21 questions), stress
tolerance (19 questions) optimism (13 questions). Results show that
there are specific and clear abilities that were shown by students
such as responsability and innovations’ suggestions while they performed their social service at companies.
