Abstract
Graduate education programs have focused primarily on training professionals where the research training increasingly has been minimized. The present work aims to carry out a conceptual reflection on the questions would kind of subject can be constituted by
means of training for educational research? What are the triggers of the research that can enable the construction of knowledge in the field of education? Recovery mainly the political discourse analysis perspective (Laclau y Mouffe, 1987), since education from
Buenfil (2011; 2017) who, from an epistemic postfundacional and discursive horizon, raises questions about can methodology be reduced to techniques of data collection? Data exists in the world or are constructions of each research? What is the importance and the use of theory in research? The methodological position of researcher has an impact on the kind of knowledge produced? The problems, the research, the related conceptual and methodological questions are indispensable in an educational research aspects, which implies a flexible, creative, ethical and political process where the passion, is also present in Castoriadis terms. The writing is organized in the following manner: sense of educational research; triggers of the research that can enable the construction of knowledge in the field of education. Finally, some initial conclusions are presented.
