Those authors who have publications with this journal agree to the following terms:

• The authors grant and assign to the journal the right of first publication of their work, which will be simultaneously subject to the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license that allows third parties to publish the work under the same agreements in which the specified license is formulated, provided that authorship is indicated and that its first publication was made in this journal.
• The authors retain the moral rights of their work, including ownership, recognition and integrity. While it assigns the patrimonial rights to HArtes and the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro for its first publication, open access dissemination, reproduction and distribution.
• The authors may adopt other non-exclusive license agreements for the distribution of the published version of the work, provided that the initial publication in this journal is indicated.
• Authors retain control over the integrity of their works, as well as the right to be acknowledged and properly cited when their works are reproduced or distributed.
• Authors are allowed and encouraged to disseminate their work through the Internet, which could produce interesting exchanges and increase citations of the published work.
• In order to publish the text, authors must fill out and sign the Declaration of Originality, Responsibility for Authorship, Conflict of Interest and Assignment of Rights. The file must be sent in PDF format together with an official document (ID or passport) where their data (name and signature) can be ratified. Information on the use of data can be consulted in the Privacy Statement.
• The authors are responsible for their texts; consequently, any controversy regarding intellectual property or bad practices, HArtes journal and the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro are exonerated from any responsibility.
