HArtes journal is committed to the democratization of knowledge by promoting free and open access to publicly funded research. That is why it allows open access to its content according to the principles of Open Science, as well as Open Access, with the aim of promoting the exchange of knowledge at a national and international level. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, print and share the texts, as well as to use them for any other lawful purpose, without requesting prior authorization from the editors or authors.
Those authors who have publications with HArtes journal accept the following terms:
- The authors will grant the journal the right of first publication of their work, which will be simultaneously subject to the Creative Commons recognition license that allows third parties to share the work under the same agreements in which the specified license is formulated, as long as its author and its first publication in this journal are stated.
- The authors may adopt other non-exclusive license agreements for the distribution of the published version of the work, provided that the initial publication in this journal is indicated.
- Authors are allowed and encouraged to disseminate their work through the Internet, which could produce interesting exchanges and increase citations of the published work.
- Everything written in the signed texts is the responsibility of the author(s).
The journal does not charge for the processing of papers for publication and is fully funded by the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro.
The texts published in HArtes. Revista de Investigación de la Facultad de Artes de la Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro are published under the terms indicated in the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. Due to the above, the published material may be used for the generation of new research and dissemination resources, provided that all persons involved in the elaboration of the texts, as well as the journal, are properly cited and credited.
