Abstract
This article will allow to know how is the Design Thinking methodology that contributes to the creation of products or services from a need which is carried out through a diagnosis, analysis, prototype creation, tests and finally the implementation of the product or service. The results of four companies VIDNAR, BINTOUR, PASAPORTE TURÍSTICO, BICTOUR, LA BELLEZA DE UN PUEBLO MÁGICO, MAGÑUNI, TEC, AUDIOVIS, VIMAG show as results, each one referred to with a different activity but all based on the Design Thinking methodology, this process applied helps to achieve the goals set for each of the projects.
