The challenges of entrepreneurship in the era of artificial intelligence: The case of industry 4.0 in the CaliBaja region

Abstract

This proposal presents an analysis of the California-Baja California context (CaliBaja) concerning the development of industry
4.0. We identify the challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurs to achieve their insertion in the dynamics of an environment increasingly influenced by Artificial Intelligence. We also offer a framework for the management of entrepreneurship in
which training and skills development are key to take advantage of the opportunities that the new digital transformation ecosystem presents in one of the most dynamic and innovative regions worldwide.
