Abstract
The main objective of this research was to identify the conditions of the Entrepreneurship Framework that make it easier to generate innovative entrepreneurship. Through a descriptive statistical analysis of the GEM reports from 2012 to 2017, it was found that the innovative entrepreneurship related to the Total Early Stage Entrepreneurial Activity had an increase during 2015 to 2017, and that the main conditions of the Entrepreneurship Framework that helps to this innovative entrepreneurship are Physical and services infrastructure, Post school entrepreneurial education and training and cultural and social norms.
