Abstract

In the present text, the work of Moliere, particularly his text The bourgeois gentle man, is retake as a source for the study of the class struggle between the nobility in descomposition and the upward bourgeoisie in the France of XVII century. The class
struggle is studied through ideological and cultural expressions that the nobility prefaced bourgeoisie as a mean of difference, once the second begins to cultural acces of the nobility by purchasing these. This article also says about the relationship between
the search of the bourgeoisie to access cultural of the nobility and the subjection to the capital interests that was generated in the ambits of art, philosophy and the professions previously considered worthy
