Call for papers (Diseminaciones, no. 19, January–June 2027)

The Editorial Committee of  Diseminaciones, of the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, invites the international academic community to contribute to issue 19 (January–June 2027).

We invite researchers, scholars, and graduate students to submit original research works that offer relevant knowledge in the field of the Humanities and Social Sciences and that are able to suggest new directions for research in topics, methodologies, approaches, and bibliographic sources. Works of critical and theoretical reflection, interviews, as well as expository and commentary reviews, will also be accepted.

Contributions submitted to the journal must be unpublished and not under consideration by other journals or publishers. Contributions are accepted in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. All research articles undergo a double-blind peer-review process conducted by specialists in the field.

All texts received by July 6, 2026 will be considered for the review process; works received after this date will be considered for the following issue of the journal.

Articles must be submitted as a digital copy through the journal's website: http://revistas.uaq.mx/index.php/diseminaciones/

Two digital files must be submitted for each contribution. One of them will contain the author's information and must include, as a minimum: the first name(s) and surname(s) of the author(s), as they usually sign their work and without using initials (if the text is by more than one author, the first will be considered the principal author); the institutional affiliation of the author(s), including city and country; a brief curricular summary of the author, including teaching or research positions and ranks; and the email address of the author(s). The other file will contain the complete body of the article and must avoid any reference to the author within the body of the document, in order to preserve anonymity during the review process.

Each manuscript must be accompanied by:

• The title of the text in Spanish and English.
• An abstract of the text in Spanish and English, not exceeding 150 words. It must be written as a single paragraph that concisely presents the purpose, the main results, and the conclusions of the research.
• Between 3 and 8 keywords or key phrases, in Spanish and English. They must not coincide with words or phrases already present in the title of the text.
• Each part of the article must be set off with a subheading. The article must include an introduction stating its aims, as well as any other elements the author wishes to highlight; the sections, with their corresponding headings; the conclusions; and the bibliographic references.

Format for the presentation of texts:

• Text format: .doc or .rtf
• Document size: Letter (215 × 279 mm)
• Font: Times New Roman 12
• Line spacing: 1.5
• Length for research articles: 15–20 pages.
• Length for critical essays: 7–10 pages.
• Length for reviews: 3–5 pages.

All sources cited in the articles or mentioned in the body of the text must be clearly identified, following the 7th edition of APA.
