Abstract
The main objective of this study is the measurement and analysis of the commercial value variability among the “TJ” Condominium apartments, according to their floor’s level location. The central axes for this Project are the elaboration of market studies, the investigation of the dominium ́s translational operation values for apartments with specific physical features, and the analysis of the apartment inherent characteristics, such as its location in the Santiago de Querétaro City and its floor level location inside the building.
