Abstract

The following article sets out to examine the different conceptions of autonomism, to establish bridges with the possible ecofeminist traits of two Latin American political organizations that defend the territory, Fuerza de Mujeres Wayuu and the Civic Council of Popular and Indigenous Organizations of Honduras (COPINH) in the 2012-2016 period. To carry out this objective, three moments arise: the first is to reconstruct the main conceptions of autonomy, in order to have an overview of its theoretical approaches. In a second moment, it characterizes what is understood by ecofeminism and community feminism, to later analyze the strategies of struggle of the proposed organizations, and thus place probable ecofeminist bets. The third moment tries to identify the eventual articulations between the main conceptions about autonomism and the ecofeminist features of the proposed organizations.
