Abstract

In the context of the 15th National and 8th International Congress on Democracy taken place on the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations of the National University of Rosario (UNR), the Group of Studies on Integration and Regional Cooperation in Latin America (GEICRAL) presented in a symposium, that was named the same as the title of this review, the main lines of investigation characteristic of their labor for almost a year since this group was established.

This work is organized based on the course of the Congress developed on November 2nd and 3rd, and it has as objective to synthetize the results of the symposium. In which was possible to present the activity of GEICRAL as an institution of collective work that points to amplify, communicate and democratize the knowledge of regional integration (IR) in Latin America by boarding multiple dimensions and aspects that compose this complex process.
